個人簡介
方虎，深圳大學附屬華南醫(yī)院研究員，于香港大學獲得博士學位，研究領域為腫瘤基因組學與生物信息學。研究主要通過生物信息以及人工智能方法對腫瘤多組學數(shù)據(jù)進行挖掘，探索腫瘤基因組的突變特征以及DNA損傷與修復對突變形成的影響。發(fā)表SCI論文13篇，其中代表性工作以第一作者發(fā)表在Science Advances, Genome Medicine, PLoS Genetics等期刊上。
