周杰,深圳大學(xué)電子與信息工程學(xué)院“百人計(jì)劃”助理教授,射頻異質(zhì)異構(gòu)集成全國(guó)重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室成員,長(zhǎng)期從事射頻/微波/毫米波/太赫茲集成電路與微系統(tǒng)研究。主持國(guó)家級(jí)項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng)。近年來(lái)發(fā)表期刊/會(huì)議論文40余篇,含IEEE JSSC、ISSCC、TCAS-I、CICC等;授權(quán)專(zhuān)利4件(含歐美專(zhuān)利2件)。兼任IEEE MWCL、TCAS-I/II等多個(gè)SCI期刊審稿人。
