個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)介

2016年在香港科技大學(xué)獲得電子及計(jì)算機(jī)工程博士學(xué)位,隨后在香港科技大學(xué)先進(jìn)顯示與光電子技術(shù)國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室從事副研究員的研究工作;2017年入職深圳大學(xué),任助理教授;2019年被聘為特聘副研究員;2022年被聘為特聘研究員;2023年被聘為長(zhǎng)聘副教授。主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金面上項(xiàng)目、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金青年項(xiàng)目、深港聯(lián)合資助項(xiàng)目 (A類(lèi))、深圳市重大科技專(zhuān)項(xiàng)子課題、廣東省自然科學(xué)基金面上項(xiàng)目、廣東省教育廳特色創(chuàng)新項(xiàng)目、深圳市面上項(xiàng)目等多個(gè)項(xiàng)目,被資助金額超千萬(wàn);在IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices, IEEE Electron Device Letters, Society for Information Display等國(guó)際權(quán)威電子期刊與會(huì)議上發(fā)表論文167篇;擁有25項(xiàng)專(zhuān)利申請(qǐng);撰寫(xiě)2本英文專(zhuān)著中的3個(gè)章節(jié);長(zhǎng)期擔(dān)任等多個(gè)SCI期刊和國(guó)際會(huì)議評(píng)審人;擔(dān)任國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金評(píng)審人、廣東省自然科學(xué)基金評(píng)審人;擔(dān)任《電子產(chǎn)品世界》期刊編委;擔(dān)任Micromachines、Photonics客座編輯;擔(dān)任國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)會(huì)議分會(huì)主席/技術(shù)程序委員會(huì)成員等。指導(dǎo)本科生/研究生榮獲多項(xiàng)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)榮譽(yù)。2018年被評(píng)為深圳市海外高層次人才,南山區(qū)“領(lǐng)航人才”,2020年成為IEEE高級(jí)會(huì)員。
