個人介紹:

劉喜瑤,男,深圳大學電子與信息工程學院助理教授,射頻異質(zhì)異構集成全國重點實驗室成員。2021年獲得香港城市大學電機工程系哲學博士學位。目前,已發(fā)表SCI期刊及會議文章10余篇,申請中國發(fā)明專利四項(其中二項獲授權)、美國專利二項。主持并參與國家自然科學基金青年項目、廣東省和深圳市的多個項目。


研究方向:

封裝天線(AiP)、介質(zhì)諧振器天線(DRA);可重構天線;毫米波技術;波束賦形技術等。


科研項目:

1. 國家自然科學基金青年科學基金項目,基于可重構單元的波束賦形介質(zhì)諧振器陣列天線關鍵技術研究,30萬元,負責人

2. 深圳市科技創(chuàng)新局項目-穩(wěn)定支持面上項目,基于異質(zhì)異構工藝的毫米波前端系統(tǒng)集成關鍵技術研究,50萬元,負責人

3. 國家自然科學基金區(qū)域聯(lián)合基金項目-重點項目,高密度毫米波太赫茲前端多元融合異構集成方法研究,91.7萬元,參與高校方負責人

4. 廣東省光電信息處理芯片與系統(tǒng)重點實驗室開放性課題,異質(zhì)集成封裝毫米波天線研究,5萬,負責人
