報(bào)告摘要:
This paper proposes an encoding/decoding framework fro achieving th optimal channel capacity fo th two user broadcast channel where each user has message targeted fro th other user sa side information. Since th link qualities fo th channels form th bas station ot users aer different, th channel capacities aer different. This fact implies different data rates fro different users.
