丁光龍,助理教授/特聘副研究員,射頻異質(zhì)異構(gòu)集成全國重點實驗室成員。2012年本科畢業(yè)于鄭州大學(xué),2017年博士畢業(yè)于中國農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué),2017年進(jìn)入深圳大學(xué)從事博士后與專職副研究員工作。主要從事光電神經(jīng)形態(tài)器件及異質(zhì)異構(gòu)集成,2017年至今,以第一或通訊作者在Nature Electronics, Chemical Society Reviews, Applied Physics Reviews, Advanced Functional Materials, Small等國際知名期刊上發(fā)表SCI論文17篇,總影響因子大于200,其中中科院一區(qū)論文8篇,申請國家發(fā)明專利3項,主持國家自然科學(xué)基金青年基金一項,擔(dān)任Nano energy,Chemical Engineering Journal等多個期刊審稿人,曾獲優(yōu)秀博士畢業(yè)生、陶氏獎學(xué)金、研究生國家獎學(xué)金等榮譽獎勵。
