個人詳情


郭慶毅,男,博士,深圳大學電子與信息工程學院特聘副研究員,助理教授,研究生導師,射頻異質(zhì)異構(gòu)集成全國重點實驗室成員,深圳市海外高層次人才,深圳市孔雀團隊核心成員。本科和碩士畢業(yè)于華南理工大學,2020年獲得香港城市大學博士學位。從事新一代移動通信天線技術(shù)、太赫茲可重構(gòu)天線及器件,片上天線等相關(guān)領(lǐng)域研究。發(fā)表論文40余篇,近五年以第一或通訊作者發(fā)表天線領(lǐng)域頂刊IEEE Trans. AP文章11篇。申請中國專利5項,美國專利1項。獲2020 海峽兩岸無線技術(shù)與科學大會最佳論文、2024APS榮譽獎、旅行獎金以及第十七屆IEEE港澳博士AP/MTT學術(shù)研討會第一名。主持國家自然基金、廣東省基金、深圳市面上等多個項目。長期擔任IEEE TAP,IEEE AWPLIEEE TCAS, IEEE JMMCE, MOTL,等多個國際期刊評審,作國際會議報告和邀請報告近20次。

5G/6G無線通信,毫米波太赫茲天線,超材料結(jié)構(gòu),多波束/可重構(gòu)天線,SOI工藝集成電路器件,透鏡天線,集成多功能的射頻模塊以及LTCC電路, 3D打印天線等。
