1. CMOS圖像傳感SOC芯片,包括可信圖像傳感芯片、偏振圖像傳感芯片、感算融合圖像傳感芯片等;

2. MEMS-CMOS氣體傳感SOC芯片,包括MEMS-CMOS異質(zhì)集成技術(shù)、氣體傳感接口電路、氣體識(shí)別AI算法及其輕量化ASIC實(shí)現(xiàn)等;

3. 集成電路硬件安全芯片,包括物理不可克隆函數(shù)PUF芯片、真隨機(jī)數(shù)發(fā)生器TRNG芯片等。
